The Wigzi Guarantee

Do you have a dog that was able to damage a Wigzi toy? You may receive an additional one time replacement per purchase per product line. Follow the instructions below.

1) Include the damaged toy and proof of purchase. We will inspect the toy and recycle it to make new toys so there is zero waste.

2) Include your complete contact information so we know where to send your replacement. We may contact you to recommend a different toy that fits your needs better.

Can you request a different toy than the one you originally purchased?
You sure can. Simply send us a note on what toy you would like to try and we’ll work with you to make the switch.

Cool Tip: The shape of the toy has a lot to do with wear and tear. Balls in general have less edges and collapse allowing for rapid compression and flexibility so that teeth cannot tear the toy as easily and cause it to break. If you have an aggressive chewer, balls are a great way to go.

Wigzi Recycle Info

Recycling Wigzi products is easy! Wigzi toys are made of a #7 Recyclable plastic that is accepted at any facility that processes this plastic.

1) If you are not sure if your center recycles #7 plastics, check www.earth911.com. just type in your zip code and you will instantly find the nearest center.

2) You may also mail your Wigzi products back to Wigzi and we will recycle the toy for you.
